API access
LiveIf your CRM isn't on the list, or you're wiring screening into your own stack, use the API. One endpoint, one phone number in, one verdict back.
What gets created in your CRM
- HubSpot. A
tps_statusproperty on contacts and companies, a sidebar card showing the current verdict, and a workflow action called "Screen for TPS/CTPS". - Salesforce. Managed package with TPS, CTPS and combined status fields on Lead and Contact, plus Flow and Apex re-screening triggers.
- Dynamics 365. Verdict fields on Lead, Contact and Account, with a Power Automate flow handling re-screens.
- Pipedrive, Zoho, Capsule. Custom field for the verdict on People / Contacts / Leads, with a webhook re-screen on phone change.
- API. No CRM artefacts. You decide where the verdict lives.
What we ask for
HubSpot scopes. Read and write on contacts and companies, and a property-creation scope so we can add tps_status to your records. No marketing, email, or files scopes.
Other CRMs. Read and write on contact data, plus a custom field for the verdict. We do not touch deals, opportunities, marketing assets, or files.
API. An API key. You send the phone number, we return the verdict. Nothing else.
Beta access process
TPSClear is in private beta during initial customer rollout. Access is by invite while we onboard the first cohort.
- You email hello@tpsclear.co.uk or use the contact page. Tell us which CRM you use and roughly what your team uses calls for.
- Steffen replies within one working day with a short call slot or a written brief, depending on your preference.
- If you're a fit for the beta cohort, you get an install link (HubSpot), a waitlist confirmation (other CRMs) or an API key.
- You install or wire up, configure, and start seeing verdicts the same day.
