Know if you can dial the moment a number changes.

Watch a live record re-screen after an edit: verdict back in seconds, written to a property your sequences and lists can act on. Setup, mappings and reporting are in the full walkthrough.

The do-not-call problem, verdicts landing on records, and a live re-screen.

How TPSClear compares

UK teams have had two options: an overnight batch app at £3,500+ a year, or a quarterly export to a third-party cleaner. TPSClear screens in real time for £295 a month on the Standard plan.

What happens without screening

Calling a TPS-listed number with an unsolicited marketing pitch breaches the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and the ICO can fine up to £500,000. Batch tools leave a gap: a number added at 10am and called at 11 gets past them.

~28mUK numbers on the TPS register
~3mCorporate numbers on CTPS
£500kMaximum ICO PECR fine

Register sizes as published by the register operator; fine ceiling per PECR as enforced by the ICO.

Who it's for

PECR enforcement stopped being only a company problem in December 2018. The ICO can fine directors and officers personally, up to £500,000, where a breach happened with their consent, connivance or neglect. TPSClear is built for the people that reaches.

Sales and revenue leaders

You set the dial plan, so neglect lands on your desk, and a number nobody re-screened is hard to defend as anything but neglect. TPSClear puts the verdict on the record before a rep can dial it. How outbound teams use it →

Compliance owners and DPOs

You answer the ICO letter. Every screen is logged with number, register, verdict and timestamp, so the evidence is on file before anyone asks for it. The compliance guide →

Founders and MDs

In a small team there is no compliance department between you and the regulator; the officer named in the fine is you. Free to install, plans from £95 a month. See pricing →

What TPSClear does on every record

Real-time on phone change

A webhook fires the instant a number is added or changed. The verdict lands on the record before a rep opens it.

Continuous CRM-side scrub

Numbers get edited, imported and re-keyed long after the first save. TPSClear re-screens on every change, for the life of the record.

Audit trail on every screen

Every screen is logged with timestamp, source register and verdict, so the evidence the ICO might ask for is already on file.

What teams ask before installing

We already use ZoomInfo, Lusha or LeadIQ.

Keep them. They check a number once, at import. TPSClear keeps checking after the record lands. Read the full comparison →

What is the catch with free install?

Installing creates the card and properties but screens nothing, and charges nothing. The first payment is taken when your screening goes live, and you can cancel monthly.

What do we show the ICO if they ask?

A timestamped log of every screen: number, register, verdict, date. Evidence ready to hand over. See the compliance guide →

How buying works

  1. Install free from the marketplace

The HubSpot app installs in about five minutes via OAuth. It creates the card and properties, screens nothing, and costs nothing.

  2. Pick a plan and subscribe

Plans run from £95 to £795 a month, billed monthly, cancel any time; every plan runs the same screening engine. Stripe saves your card and charges nothing yet.

  3. Your screening goes live, then you pay

We activate your account by hand within 1 to 2 business days, completing the register data licensing before your first screen, and take the first payment when your screening goes live.
