Who it is for
PECR and data protection consultants, sales and telesales trainers, RevOps advisers, and anyone else whose clients call UK or Australian numbers. HubSpot agencies that install and run TPSClear for their clients use the partner programme.
What you earn
A client on Standard at £295 a month earns you £59 a month for its first year.
What your clients get
- Every UK number in their CRM checked against the TPS and CTPS, from £95 a month (see pricing).
- Australian checks against the Do Not Call Register.
- Their own contract and DPA with us, and an invoice in their own name.
How it works
- Apply. Send the form below. We reply within 2 business days.
- Get your link. Once approved, you get a link of your own, such as tpsclear.co.uk/r/your-name.
- Recommend us. Share the link, or introduce the client to us by email with steffen@tpsclear.co.uk copied.
- Get paid. We bill the client directly and pay you each quarter.
Terms
- 20% of what each client you refer pays us in its first 12 months, for UK and Australian plans and UK and Australian API and Zapier packs. Dead number packs are not included.
- A client counts as yours when it signs up through your referral link, or when you introduce it to us by email with steffen@tpsclear.co.uk copied. If two referrers claim the same client, the first referral we receive counts.
- The client must be new to us: not an existing customer, and not in conversation with us in the 90 days before your referral.
- Paid quarterly in arrears on your invoice, once at least £50 is due. A client's payments count from 60 days after its first payment. Commission on Australian payments is paid in pounds at the exchange rate on the day the client paid.
- No commission on your own organisation's account.
- No paid search on the TPSClear name, and no claims about TPSClear or the law beyond what this site says.
- Label paid mentions as advertising wherever the CAP Code requires it.
- We give 30 days' notice of any change to these terms. A change applies only to clients referred after it.
Questions
Does the client pay more through a referral?
No. The client pays the same price as buying direct, and the commission comes out of our share.
Do I see the client's data?
No. Each client has its own contract and DPA with us, and its results stay in its own CRM. Your quarterly statement lists each client by the month it signed up and the commission it earned you, and names only the clients you introduced to us yourself.
How is this different from the partner programme?
Partners are HubSpot agencies that install and run TPSClear in their clients' portals, and they earn for as long as the client stays. Referrers recommend us and earn on the client's first 12 months.
