A UK-licensed TPS list cleaner, built for HubSpot.
TPSClear is a focused product, not a suite. One job: keep your HubSpot phone numbers screened against the UK TPS and CTPS registers in real time, so your team can call with confidence and your compliance officer can sleep.
Why this product exists
UK B2C and B2B teams using HubSpot have a TPS/CTPS problem and limited options. The existing marketplace app is over £3,500 a year and runs overnight. Lots of teams end up exporting spreadsheets to a third-party cleaner once a quarter, hoping no number was added in the gap. Both options are weaker than what a modern HubSpot integration can deliver.
TPSClear was built to close that gap. Real-time on phone change, a workflow action for explicit triggers, a daily backfill for completeness, and pricing that is honest about how much list-cleaning actually costs.
Who is behind it
TPSClear is built by Steffen Hoyemsvoll. Steffen is a Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM), a designation from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI). He was previously a partner at Ecommerce Accountants LLP (role ended in 2024) and has done consulting work with Monzo and easyMoney.
The combination of regulated-industry experience and HubSpot tooling is rarer than it should be. Most HubSpot apps are built by generalists who have never had to evidence a screening regime to an ICO investigator. Most compliance vendors have never built a HubSpot app. TPSClear sits in the overlap.
How we work
- Small surface area. One thing done well, not a suite. TPS and CTPS screening is the whole product.
- Honest about status. If something is in private beta, we say so on the site, not in fine print.
- UK-first. Built for UK PECR and the UK registers. International scope, if it happens, will be a separate product.
Beta status, in plain English
TPSClear is in private beta, onboarding a small group of HubSpot teams while we harden the workflow. We hold the DMA TPS list-cleaner data licence; the live TPSL feed is rolling out across customer accounts during this phase. Beta users get unlimited screening, free, for the duration.
