Features

Three checks before you dial.

UK numbers against the TPS and CTPS, Australian numbers against the Do Not Call Register, and mobiles against the network. Each result is written on the record in your CRM, or returned by the API.

United Kingdom

UK checks: TPS and CTPS

Every UK number is checked against the Telephone Preference Service and the Corporate TPS before your team dials it. The result is written on the record, so the rep sees it next to the number.

  • Checked when a number is added or changed, in HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho.
  • An optional nightly re-check of numbers last checked 27 or more days ago, inside the 28-day window.
  • Your own do-not-call list is checked first, and an opt-out beats any register result.
  • Zapier, n8n and a REST API for every other system.
  • A free checker for single numbers, with no account needed.
Australia

Australian checks: Do Not Call Register

Australian numbers are washed against ACMA's Do Not Call Register. A wash is valid for 30 days, and the result sits on the record in the same way as a UK check.

  • A result property for each phone field in HubSpot.
  • An optional re-wash before the 30 days run out.
  • Prepaid wash packs for Zapier and the REST API.
Mobiles

Dead number checks

A dead number check asks the mobile network whether a mobile is live, switched off or dead. Your team stops dialling numbers that cannot answer, and your connect rate reflects real conversations.

  • Four results: Live, Switched off, Dead and Undetermined.
  • Mobiles only. Some networks do not return a live status, and those numbers come back Undetermined.
  • In HubSpot: a status for each phone field you choose, a workflow action, and a scan of a list or segment.
  • Through the REST API with prepaid packs.
  • The technical name is an HLR lookup.

Start with the check you need

Each check is priced on its own. UK plans start at £95 a month; Australian washes and dead number checks are also sold as prepaid packs.
